Just within an hour's drive of Jamaica Plain (depending on traffic) is Bryant University, Smithfield, RI. On March 23, is the OSCA Bryant University Chess Championship Tournament. This is a four round SWISS with time controls of 45 minutes and 5 second delay. Sections include Open, U1600, U1200 and U800. The tournament starts at 10am and ends at 5pm.
